Football Star Aaron Ramsey Boosts Incentive for Missing Pet in Mexico to £15k
Welsh soccer player Ramsey has raised the bounty for leads concerning his lost dog named Halo to $20,000.
Ex- Arsenal and Cardiff midfielder, who now is with the Mexican club Pumas in the capital, stated that the beagle was spotted in San Miguel de Allende, located in the Guanajuato state region.
the dog, who disappeared on October 9th, was equipped with a dog tracker collar, and the footballer posted a map pinpoint of her last known location.
"Any sort of updates concerning our pet Halo kindly contact us. Significant reward for reuniting with her. We are all wishing she's ok and can be back to our family shortly," the athlete wrote on social media.
Initial Bounty and Emotional Appeals
Ramsey first revealed that his dog had gone missing two weeks ago and has since uploaded multiple photos of the cherished pet on Instagram.
A seven thousand five hundred pound reward was initially offered, but with absence of information on Halo's whereabouts after a week, the player and his family increased the amount.
"All we desire is Halo back," he said in a further request on his online platforms after the decade-old dog disappeared.
The latest photograph share is a black and white image of the beagle napping, its head lying in the crook of Ramsey's arm, with the description: "What I wouldn't give to embrace you one last time sweet Halo."
Family's Concerns and Context
The footballer has additionally circulated a message from his wife Mrs. Ramsey on social media indicating they have a few "important queries" regarding the incident and fear the household "might not obtain answers".
"To this day we haven't found our dog. It is unlikely we will," the spouse's post expressed.
The Wales captain became part of Mexican premier team Club Universidad Nacional in recent months and made his first appearance in Liga MX in August.
