Site plans for the financier's secluded Caribbean island included in the images.
Also featured in this new document release appears to be a site plan for Great St James island, situated in the American territory.
The financier acquired a more modest island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but acquired the larger adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had created ambitious plans to transform the sprawling island by building living quarters, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a pool.
Visible on the drawing is a local waterway, a strait in the region, noted on the south-eastern section.
This development map is marked up in handwritten red notes and features a legend identifying different areas of the property.
Accompanying the main plan are what seem to be an additional nine property layouts and construction drawings, such as layouts for dock shelters.
Further images released as part of the ongoing investigative disclosure.
