Match Preview
Welcome to the NRLW grand final! This league has developed substantially and better each season, starting with only four squads back in 2018 to a substantially expanded 12 teams. Remarkably, the championship match includes the Roosters and Broncos in the grand final, just as we did back in 2018.
Each squad have been exceptional throughout the campaign – the Roosters haven't lost in 2025 and the Broncos have lost only one game. Each team boast star players across the park and either are very capable of securing the win on their day.
The last matchup between them occurred in round three – back in July – when the Roosters earned a narrow victory by only four points. In that game, the Roosters opened impressively, built a significant break margin, before Brisbane launched a second half comeback. Olivia Kernick notched a decisive final touchdown to claim the result for the reigning champions in an exciting game. If the competitors repeat that performance from that previous meeting, viewers will witness a magnificent game today.
Given the anticipation before us, the action commences!
